You see, while helping yourself to a cup of Renegade Coffee, you are also helping others at the same time.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Amex (American Express), and Discover.

  • Isn't it cheaper just to buy a cup every morning?

    Nope. Not even close. On a per-cup basis, purchasing coffee beans by the pound is far cheaper than buying coffee by the cup. And buying a bag of Renegade Coffee is way more affordable than buying gas-station coffee, energy drinks, protein shakes, teas, or other store bought beverages every day.

  • Will you grind my coffee?

    You bet! We proudly offer “ground” and “whole bean” options for each of our signature roasts. Just select either “ground” or “whole bean” using the drop-down menu on the appropriate order page. And that’s the one we’ll ship to you!

  • How should I brew my coffee?

    You can brew your coffee a variety of cool ways. Each brings out different, amazing qualities of your coffee beans. We encourage you to experiment to find the right brew for you. But, here are a few basics for creating an amazing, energy-reviving cup of coffee:

    • Always grind your beans right before you brew your coffee.
    • The courser your grind, the longer your brewing time.
    • Use clean, filtered water. Coffee is 90% water. Good water equals good coffee.
    • The brewing water temperature should be between 195 and 205° F.
    • Use 9 to 11 grams of coffee (a rounded tablespoon) per every 6 fluid ounces of water.

  • How should I store my coffee for maximum freshness?
    • Don’t store your coffee in the fridge or freezer
    • Don’t expose your coffee to oxygen or leave it unsealed
    • Store your coffee in a dry, cool, and dark place
    • Keep and use the bag your coffee comes in rolled up tightly
    • Use your coffee within one month of the “roast date” for maximum freshness
  • How does shipping work?
    • Your coffee is shipped USPS Priority Mail
    • Expect delivery within 3 to 4 business days (to most U.S. locations)
    • USPS does not ship or deliver on Sundays
    • Shipping rates start as low as $5.75
    • We roast Monday through Friday
    • All orders placed before 8 PM will be roasted and shipped the next roast day
  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We currently ship to Canada, Guam, The US Virgin Islands, and the US Armed Forces. Plus, we are working on adding more countries soon.

  • Is your coffee organic?

    While our beans are grown WITHOUT pesticides and chemicals, they are not yet “certified organic.” Applying for and getting the official label takes time. And we don’t want to keep you waiting while we go through the necessary process.

    In the meantime, Renegade Roasting Co is proud to report that we spend time every year visiting our producers and building relationships on the local farm level. We work very closely with every link in the supply chain to ensure YOU receive pesticide-free, chemical-free, and high-quality coffee.

  • Are your coffees acquired via fair & direct trade?

    Yes! Our coffee beans are acquired via fair and direct trade. This means the growers have been paid a fair price, and we buy direct from them, so they keep the profit instead of paying it to a middleman. The growers make a good living. And you get premium coffee at affordable prices. Everyone wins.

  • How do I report a problem with my shipment?

    If you have ANY problem whatsoever with your shipment, please contact us at info@renegaderoastingco.com. And we’ll take care of it immediately!

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you sign up for a subscription and wish to cancel it, simply email us at info@renegaderoastingco.com. And we’ll cancel it right away. No questions asked.
